Service Description
Pilates is a mat based class that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes precise movements, controlled breathing, and muscle engagement, enhancing muscle tone and stability. This class is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Benefits of attending this our Pilates Classes: * Improves posture * Decreases back pain * Increases core strength * Increases flexibility * Prevents injuries * Strengthens bones We use small equipment like stability balls, resistance bands, magic circles, and foam rollers to add variety and challenges to each class. What to bring to class: + Mat + Water + Wear comfortable clothing All other equipment will be supplied.

Cancellation Policy
GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES: No refunds given. Amendments/transfers can be made up to 3 hours prior to the start of the class, via the website or app. If you have purchased a plan, you can only cancel, not transfer a booking, but the cancelled class gets added back to your plan, for you to re-book when suitable. To cancel/amend a booking via the website: 1. Log in, and click on the down arrow next to your name. 2. Select 'my bookings' from the drop down list 3. Click on the class you want to cancel/amend. To cancel/amend a booking via the app: 1. Log in, and click on the person icon in the top left hand corner. This is 'Your Profile' 2. Click on your name 3. Scroll down to 'My Activity' 4. Click on 'My Bookings' 5. Click on the class you want to cancel/amend
