HOW WE BEGAN...

Pembury Fitness was founded by Adele Clark in 2012, we started our journey with a single Zumba class and have since grown into a vibrant fitness community. We now offer a variety of options including Group Exercise Classes, Corporate Classes, Small Group Training, Personal Training, and Nutritional Advice. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast, we have something for everyone!
